Tax delinquent lists downloaded for the four main Dallas/DFW counties and being uploaded into the system. New paid API data source added and being tested alongside custom scrapers.

First demo of the death verification agent is built and being tested. Multi source deceased detection running in parallel: obituary databases, probate court filings, affidavits of heirship, and skip trace APIs. Each signal adds to a deceased probability score.

Lead Forge is up and running. Downloaded tax delinquent lists for the four main Dallas/DFW counties and uploading them into the system this week. Added a new paid API data source that we are testing alongside the custom scrapers. First demo of the death verification agent is built and being tested for deceased detection across the county records.
